DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5
years of experience in the following:
- Responsible for implementing and
monitoring safety and security programs

- Review EMR(s), OSHA Log(s) and
Safety Information as part of the
subcontractor pre-qualification process.
- Review and approve Subcontractor
Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) to
insure that they strictly adhere to both
Parsons? Policy and OSHA Regulations.
- Assist with office tasks related
to construction and management of
projects as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety
Science, Engineering, or demonstrated
equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of related work
experience in the fields of Construction
Health and Safety.
- Requires a working knowledge of
Federal and state health and safety

Senior Manager – Safety, Health, and Environment
Hasbro is currently seeking a Senior Manager –
Safety, Health, and Environment to join our team
in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. The
individual in this position will provide the
strategic vision for continuous improvement of
occupational safety, industrial hygiene,
environmental, medical, and workers’
compensation processes; establish SHE policies
and processes for Hasbro NA - ELM site; provide
technical expertise to ensure compliance with
all regulatory requirements in these five
functional areas; lead conformance with the
Corporate and OSHA VPP STAR safety system
requirements and directs ELM site's VPP
outreach, mentoring, special events, and SGE
participation; lead conformance with local,
state, federal, and ISO 14001 Registration
Environmental Management System requirements
covering hazardous waste, air emissions, solid
waste, storage tanks, storm water and waste
water.
Requirements:
